FFL Services - Transfer a firearm to Tucson AZ
FFL Services - Transfer a firearm to Tucson AZ
To receive a firearm from an out-of-state person or dealer, current laws require that you must go through the ATF Federal Transfer process, utilizing a Federal Firearm Licensed (FFL) Dealer. We are currently a registered FFL Dealer in the US and California, and will help with your firearm transfer process.

If you have a current C&R permit, there are some items that can be transferred directly to you. Click Here for a list of what is eligible.

You will need to have your purchase shipped to us. To accomplish this transfer, we will need your contact information and the name of the seller, including the seller's fax or email and the type of gun that you are purchasing. We will send a copy of our FFL license to the seller and they will then transfer the firearm to us. Please ask the seller to include a copy of their FFL, C&R or a copy of their state driver's license for our records.

We will notify you when the gun arrives, and you can then pick up the firearm. Please be sure to fill in your best contact information when you check out.

We will do the required background check for you with the FBI National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). Following NICS approval we then transfer the firearm to you.

The Fee is $25 per firearm and we prefer that you pay for the transfer at the shop. We will cover the tax for all in shop payments.
