FFL Services

• Transfer a gun to Tucson, AZ

To receive a firearm from an out-of-state person or dealer, current  laws require that you must go through the ATF Federal Transfer process, utilizing a Federal Firearm Licensed (FFL) Dealer.  We are currently a registered FFL Dealer in the US and California, and will help with your firearm transfer process. 

If you have a current C&R permit, there are some items that can be transferred directly to you.  Click Here for a list of what is eligible. 

You will need to have your purchase shipped to us.  To accomplish this transfer, we will need your contact information a copy of the FFL License of the person Sending your firearm to us. We will send a copy of our FFL license to the seller and they will then transfer the firearm to us. Please ask the seller to include a copy of their FFL, C&R or a copy of their state driver's license for our records.

We will notify you when the gun arrives, and you can then pick up the firearm.  We will do the required background check for you with the FBI National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).   Following NICS approval we then transfer the firearm to you.  The transfer fee is $25.00, and you may pay when you pick up at our shop.

    In most cases you will need FFL Services if you are sending a firearm across state lines, or if you are sending them via mail, UPS or FED EX.  We can assist you with all the paperwork.
