FFL Transfer Services

We are happy to offer FFL Services to Tucson.
Please read the following carefully to begin a firearm transfer and then complete the request form.

  • Transfer a gun to Tucson, AZ

To receive a firearm from an out-of-state person or dealer, current  laws require that you must go through the ATF Federal Transfer process, utilizing a Federal Firearm Licensed (FFL) Dealer.  We are currently a registered FFL Dealer in the US and California, and will help with your firearm transfer process. If you have a current C&R permit, there are some items that can be transferred directly to you.  Click Here for a list of what is eligible.  Otherwise, you will need to have your purchase shipped to us.

To accomplish this transfer, we will need your contact information a copy of the FFL License of the person who is sending your firearm to us. We will send a copy of our FFL license to the seller and they will then transfer the firearm to us. Please ask the seller to include a copy of their FFL, other firearm permits (CWP, C&R etc) or a copy of their state driver's license for our records.

We will notify you when the gun arrives, and you can then pick up the firearm.  We will do the required background check for you with the FBI National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).   Following NICS approval we then transfer the firearm to you.  You will need to bring a picture ID or other paperwork such as a CCW if you have one.  The transfer fee for one firearm is $25.00, and you may pay pay when you pick up your firearm.  Cash is preferred but you may pay with credit card (there is a processing fee).  Unless prior arrangements have been made, all FFL transfer items that have been left over 30 days will be charged a storage fee of $25 per month. If they have not been picked up within 6 months, we reserve the right to dispose of them.

To Begin transfer process, complete the following form

(Please Note:  the form is created in a program called JOTFORM.
