Remington Model 12 C that shoots S, L, or LR .22 bullets. A serial number on this gun of 673699 places production in July of 1925. This octagon-barreled rifle has an outstanding bore, bright and shiny with prominent rifling and no markings in the lans. Metal with over 90% cover, all a soft brown patina. Wood solid to metal but with two small cracks at the tang and a pin. Forearm in excellent condition. Metal butt plate and original Remington issue sights still on this rifle. Lifter seems to be slightly worn, but all other internal parts in excellent conditon.
