~~~Price Reduced by $500~~~An outstanding 1895 Winchester Sporting rifle in 30 US (30-40 Krag) with all parts in very good original condition. A serial number of 34438 places production of this rifle in 1902. Metal retains over 90 percent original bluing on the barrel and ~ 70% on the receiver. Wood also in excellent condition, all solid and with only a few handling marks. The forearm has fancy XX wood while the curved metal butt plate still has extensive bluing. The 30-40 Krag bore is in excellent conditon, still with strong rifling. This is a true Collector Quality 1895 Winchester.
