Winchester 1906 S, L, LR Complete Receiver Group
Winchester 1906 S, L, LR Complete Receiver Group
Winchester 1906 later production of S, L, LR Receiver and Trigger Guard Groups. Both receiver and trigger guard have matching serial numbers. These serial numbers range from after 113,000 and run past 850,000. In late 1908 the Model 1906 moved to being able to shoot S, L, or LR bullets. Metal surfaces of the receiver and trigger guards vary in condition. All roll die stampings of serial numbers and Winchester address are clear. Threading for the barrel is in excellent condition on all receivers. An option is provided for you to select the Receiver Group you like best, with the production month and year provided with each serial number. There are also options to purchase our 1906 assembly manual at a reduced cost, and to have your Receiver and Trigger Guard slow rust blued. This set would provide a sound foundation for a 1906 Winchester restoration project.
