1890 Late Second Model Receiver Group
These are complete Late Second Model 1890 receiver groups that were originally blued. Each is composed of a metal trigger guard and receiver. From serial number ~ 112000 through 232300 only the tang has a serial number, then up to ~325,250 both pieces have matching serial numbers. The late 2nd Model receivers were originally blued, and condition of cover on the metal of each receiver group varies. There is an option provided for slow-rust bluing for the receiver you choose. These receiver groups are listed by serial number, so you get to choose the one you like best. Here is the foundation for a very nice 1890 restoration project.
